FAVOURABLE CONDITIONS (Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., this day. Fine weather favoured the start of the Palmerston North to Wellington 100-mile North Island road cycling championship. The Mayor, Mr. A. E. Mansford, a former road track cyclist of repute, sent the first man away. The limit man is T. Young, of Levin, who is over 00 years of age. The field includes 04 riders.
