ROYAL SUBSCRIPTIONS (British Oflicinl Wireless.) Itecd. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 1. The King and Queen were Ihc first lo subscribe lo the Polish relief fund which was launched by the Polish Ambassador. The Prime Minister, Mr. Neville Chamberlain and the Foreign Secretary, Viscount Halifax, are members of the council of the fund.
