CANADIAN MINISTER DIPLOMAT IN PARIS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 10.30 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 3. The loader of the Canadian delegation to the conference of Dominion and British Ministers, Mr. T. A Crnrer, was received by the King to-day.
llis Majesty also received Sir Ronald Campbell, who kissed hands on his appointment as British Ambassador in Paris. Afterwards Sir Ronald and Lady Campbell were the guests ot the King and Queen at luncheon.
