READY FOR ALLIES
MANY U.S. PLANES (Reed. Nov. 2, 9,a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 1. A survey made by the United Press of America shows that 700 warplanes are stored, or are near completion, awaiting the lifting of the arms embargo before shipment to England and France.
