Youth Organisations
The effect of youth, organisations in the building up of splendid physique of the younger generation impressed Mr. F. B. Logan, Hastings, who has returned from a trip to England. Better wages, better homes, improved facilities for reaching the country, and the effect of organisations such as scouting had all played their part, he said. To show that this was no idle contention he pointed out that following conscription only 2.2 per cent of the men were declared medically unfit.
