VIRTUAL RECOGNITION

NEW POLISH CABINET ATTITUDE IN GENEVA (Reed. Oct. 30, 9 a.m.) . LONDON, Oct. 28. The Geneva correspondent of the British United Press says that Poland’s protest to the League of Nations against German and Russian division of Poland and the cession of Vilna to Lithuania has been published, which is tantamount to recognition of the Polish Government established in France. The Lisbon correspondent of the Exchange Agency says that the Polish Legation issued a statement protesting against the suggestion that Poland should renounce the Soviet-occupied territories. “Polish and other Governments do pot recognise the plebiscite carried out under foreign military occupation,” says the statement.
