The Rome correspondent ol' the Exchange Telegraph Agency reports that Signor Mussolini, speaking at the anniversary of the march on Rome, which, he said, “brought Italy nothing but new glories,” declared he would continue to march forward and build with the people for the people. Thousands of Black Shirts gathered under the balcony of Palazzo Venezia, from where II Dure, after taking 10 recalls, spoke as above. He later went to the Senate to inaugurate new chambers for the .legislative committees.
