FRENCH 1940 BUDGET (Reed. Oct. 28, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 20. The Paris correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain said that the French Finance Minister, M. Reynaud, told the Senate Finance Committee that the Budget for 1940 would be £8,000,000 daily.
