HELD IN GERMANY PROVISION OF RELIEF (Reed. Oct. 26, 2.40 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 25. In the House of Commons, the Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Mr. R. A. Butler said to October (j, 102 British civilians and 300 Lascar sailors had been interned in Germany. The United States Charge d’Affaires, financed by Britain, is providing relief.
