LOAN OVERSUBSCRIBED
The Wellington Harbour Board's redemption loan ot £291,900, had been substantially oversubscribed, reported the chairman, Mr. M. A. Eliott, to the latest meeting of the board. He said that applications were still coming in but had to be declined.
