FROST OF 10.2 DEGREES
Gardens in the Wnirarapa with early crops of potatoes, tomatoes and french and runner beans received a bad setback on Monday morning when a henvv white frost of 10.2 dc grees played havoc among the less ardv vegetables. In one case a gardener carefully covered with sacking all his early potatoes, only to find in the morning that the severity of tb' frost had to a great extent nullified his protective measures,
