GERMAN INVITATION
BELGIAN TOURISTS (Reed. Oct. 24, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 23. The Brussels correspondent of The Times says that Germany is conducting an intense propaganda campaign in Belgium in the hope of giving the impression that life in Germany, despite the war, is almost normal. Belgians are even invited to make holiday tours of Germany.
