A message from Berlin states that Germany has informed neutrals that any of their ships accepting Britisli convoy will be treated as enemy craft. A Cartagena message states that fishermen report three unidentified submarines were seen together near San Medina.
A Washington report states that American shipping has been warned that the Soviet has mined the approaches to Leningrad.
