Serious differences of opinion between the Nazi Party leaders and German army chief's over the question of collaboration with Russia are reported from Kaunas, the capital of Lithuania. These differences of opinion were stated to have arisen at tiie last conference in Hitler's room at the Reich Chancellery in Berlin.—By radio.
