Not Evidence
A certificate bv a doctor, except by consent, could not be put in, for it was not evidence, said Mr. J. H. Lux ford, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, during a case m which a man was charged with in J toxication while in charge of a motor car.
