(Herald Correspondent.) Mrs. C. J. Robertson, Palmerston North, is the guest of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. J. Robertson. —Mrs. S. Littlewood was the recent guest of her mother. Mrs. G. Croon. —Mrs. O. Crosswell is an inmate of the Cook Hospital.—Mr. Les McLennan is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. McLennan. Euchre Tournament The second of a series of euchre parties was held in the Kaitaratahi l-lall on Tuesday evening, there being a good attendance. At the conclusion of tho games, a tasty supper was partaken of, served by tho hail committee. The prize-winners were: Ladies.—Mrs. E. Stevens, 1; Miss G. Williams, 2. Gentlemen. —Mr. G. Jones, To Karaka, 1; Mr. L. Buchanan, 2. Those present included Mesdames AY. if. AVilton, E. Stevens, J, Mullooly, G. Cross, J. Lucas, and W. A’oung; Misses K., G., and I. AVilliams.
