TATTERSALLS’ CUP
< ACCEPTORS DECLARED HORSES FOR MELBOURNE (Klee. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Oct. 13, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 12. Acceptors lor the City Tattersall’s Cup at the Tattersall’s Club meeting to be held at Randwick next Saturday, are as follow:—Sedunum 9.9, Speardale 8.13, Bristol 8.3, Katanga 7.11, Highborn, Salazar, Astounding, Braidwood Boy 7.10, Vestal, Enatic 7.7, Head Check 7.5, Osculum 7.4, Young Crusader 7.3, The Blizzard 6.13. The five-year-old horse Normandy, by Gascony from Auratum,. collapsed and died on the Randwick track today. Normandy, who was a member of G. Price’s team, was rapidly striking form, although he failed to win a race last season. The trainer, Lewis, is sending Te Hero to Melbourne to-night to join his stablemate L’Aiglon. The jockey W. Cook, who has been rising remarkably well in . Sydney, will ride Feminist in the Caulfield Cup. He will ride Beau Vite in the Melbourne Stakes and the Victoria Derby.
