HOSTILITY TO JAPAN (Reed. Oct. 7, 2.50 p.m.) TOKIO, Oct. G. A Domei agency dispatch from Msinking states: "The anti-Japanese campaign is sweeping Outer Mongolia. Over 300 army officers sent to firing squads include Major-General Tsendeolcmil, the commander of the Sixth Division. The exact circumstances, and whether Prussian or Mongolian officials ordered the executions, are not clarified.
