EXPULSION SOUGHT
EX-GERMAN OFFICIAL ACTION IN ARGENTINA (Reed. Oct. 7, 2.30 p.m.l BUENOS AIRES, Oct. G. Legal proceedings have been begun for the expulsion of Count Karl Von Luxumburg, whose intercepted message from Berlin, while he was Ambassador to Argentine, advocating either the exemption, of Argentineshipping by submarines or traceless sinking, resulted in. him being handed his passports and in the increased enmity of neutral countries against Germany. Count Von Luxumburg, who was quietly residing in a suburb last year, returned recently from Germany and the Liberal press immediately opened a campaign for his expulsion.
