BULGARIAN ATTITUDE RUSSIAN INFLUENCE (Reed. Oct. G, H 1.50 a.an.) LONDON, Oct. 5. A Bucharest vadio announcement states that recent efforts by Rumania and Bulgaria to solve mutual problems appeared to-day to be jeopardised by circumstances beyond Rumania’s control. Bucharest believes that Russian influence is responsible for Bulgaria’s tendency to move from conciliation.
