APPOINTMENTS MADE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The following military appointments have ben gazetted:— Colonel F. T. Bowerbank, has been appointed Director-General of Medical Services (Army and Air Force). Major W. H. B. Bull has been promoted lieutenant-colonel and appointed assistant Director of Medical Services. Lieutenant-Colonel B. S. Finn has been appointed Director of Dental Services (Army and Air Force). Lieutenant-Colonel A. E. Conway has been appointed Director of Mobilisation, Army Headquarters.
