I NORWEGIAN VICTIM (Reed. Oct. 5, 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 4. A message from Singapore says it is announced that the Norwegian vessel, Hoegh Transporter, bound for : the Far East from Europe, struck a j mine when entering Singapore har- - hour yesterday and sank. The crew ! of 45 were .saved. Nine were wounded. Tt is stated that the vessel ignored warnings from naval patrol craft.
