NEW TRADE OUTLETS ■ GERMAN ISOLATION (British Official Wireless.) Rccd. 9 a.m. RUGBY. Oct. 3. Answering Mr. G. le M. Mandcr (Lib., Wolverhampton), who asked in the House of Commons whether it would be borne in mind in connection with the granting of licenses to the export trade, the undesirability of restricting exports to established customers only, in view of the many new markets now open owing to the isolation of Germany, the president of the Board of Trade, Mr. Oliver Stanley, stated that this aspect of the matter was receiving consideration.
