RANGED BEHIND BRITAIN PROSECUTION OF WAR (Elcc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 3. Replying to a question in tiro House of Commons the Colonial Secretary, Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, said that since the outbreak of war the security situation in Palestine had improved. Although there were some cases of enmity by Arab terrorists, generally the Arab and Jewish sections wore ranged behind Britain ks the present emergency and showed every desire to co-operate in the successful prosecution of the war. "The Government appreciates most cordially the spirit displayed by the people of Palestir.e.mne added.
