PARTITION OF POLAND HELP TO COMMUNISM (Elen. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Oet. 3, 9 a.m.) TOKIO, Oct. 2. A Japanese Foreign Office official said that the Russian-German division of Poland was inconsistent with the anti-Comintern agreement and would increase the growth of communism. He added that German leniency to ‘.he Communists was inconsistent with Germany’s agreements and objectives.
