AERO CLUB’S PLANES

HANDED OVER TO STATE CO-OPERATION PROMISED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Royal New Zealand Aero Club states that at a special council meeting of the club the following resolution was unanimously adopted: “That all clubs co-operate in every way possible with the Government; that the clubs agree to the handing over to the Air Department of all aeroplanes and equipment at reasonable prices to be agreed upon between the department and individual clubs; that the clubs agree that the amounts be credited to themselves and stand free of interest until the termination of the war, when the Government will hand back to the' clubs such suitable machines as may be mutually arranged. Where, however, any club had financial obligations calling for special action, the Government be asked to provide for such obligations.”
