EXCHEQUER RETURNS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. noon. RUGBY, Sept. 30. The Exchequer returns for the first half of the financial year show a total revenue for the period ended September 30 at £338,404,390. The estimated revenue for the year is £942,310,000. The total expenditure, less selfbalancing items, is £502,020,210.
