LOSS OF EYESIGHT
DERBY WINNER’S OWNER (Reed. Oct. 2, 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, Oct. 1. A tragic happening occurred to the Derbv winner’s part owner, Mr. Gordon S. Luscombe, who suddenly lost his eyesight on Friday night, and therefore was unable to witness Reading’s magnificent victory yesterday.
