A message from Bucharest states that a German-fflumanian trade agreement has been concluded. After lengthy negotiations Germany has settled her outstanding debt in aeroplanes, machines and merchandise. An Istanbul message says that Turkish newspapers state that a new commercial treaty will be negotiated between Turkey and Germany. Preliminary conversations have already taken place in Istanbul. Reports from Moscow state that immediately after the departure of the German Foreign Minister, Herr von Ribbentrop, the Soviet Government resumed the negotiations with the Turkish Foreign Minister, Saracoglu Bey, which had been sidetracked during the Russo-German talks.
