STOCKBROKERS BARRED

TRANSFER OF FUNDS MONEY FROM DOMINION (Pur Press Association.) till, WELLINGTON, this day. Owing to prevailing conditions and the difiicul’ies and irregularities in exchange. the Stock Exchange Association of New Zealand has introduced regulations to the effect that members are not to take part in any transactions resulting in the transfer of Now Zealand funds overseas.

Shareholders in future must arrange for the clearance of their own dividend warrants and, if those who were unable to do so required the services of a member, the warrants will be negotia’ed at the current rate of exchange.

The regulations, however, will not preclude members from carrying out for 'their clients ordinary normal transactions in relation to overseas investments.
