NEW HEALTH STAMPS
PUBLIC SALE DELAYED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Postmaster-General, the Hon. F. Jones, announced yesterday that ‘here would be a little, delay in placing on sale the new health stamps. It was originally intended that the stamps should be placed on sale on Monday next, .but a postponement was rendered necessary by the change in the postage rates. The new date of sale will be announced as early as possible.
