MAN ELECTROCUTED
TAUMARUNUT TRAGEDY Fatal injuries were suffered by an employee of Messrs. Watson, Steele and Ganley, an Auckland electrical firm, when he came into contact with a live wire at the works of Ellis and Eurnand, Manunui, near Taumarunui. The victim was;—
Claude Pickering, aged 23, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Pickering, 16 Selwyn street, Onehunga.
Mr. Pickering was engaged on alterations and repairs to the electrical installations at the works.
