SOVIET SHIP SUNK
MYSTERY SUBMARINE FIVE MEN MISSING (Reed. Sept. 28, 2.50 p.m.) MOSCOW, Sept. 27. A Sovidt radio broadcast announced that an unidentified submarine sank a Soviet freighter at Mettalist, near Narva Bay, off Estonia. Nineteen of the crew were saved by Russian patrol ships, and five are missing.
