THE CENTENNIAL FUND TOTAL OF £200,000 REACHED The Presbyterian assembly committee has announced that, at the end of the church’s financial year the total contributions received or promised toward the centennial fund amounted to £200,000, or two-thirds of the objective.

Special thanksgiving services will be held in all Presbyterian churches throughout the Dominion on Sunday, October 1, when an effort will be made to obtain the last £IOO,OOO required. The fund is to be applied firstly by each congregation paying ol! the debt of its own church, aggregating £200,000, while the other £IOO,OOO is for various church purposes, including assistance to missions.
