GENERAL VON FRITSCH DOE RING AT FUNERAL (Reed. Sept. 27, 1 p.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 2G. The Nazi Air Minister, Field Marshal Goering, represented Herr Hitler at the funeral of General von Fritsch, the former Cornmander-in-Chief of the German Army, who was reported to have been killed in action on the Warsaw front last week. Tlie German Commander-in-Chief, General von Brauchitsch, in an oration, described General von Fritsch as most loyal to the Fuehrer, the peoDle and the army and one of the best Prussians the German Army ever had.
