ROOSEVELT’S CAMPAIGN
DRIVE FOR SUPPORT

A message from Hyde Park says that President Roosevelt announced that he is returning to Washington to-morrow to assume personal command of the drive to repeal the Arms Embargo Bill in connection with which the Senate Foreign Relations’ Committee is at present drafting legislation.
