Foresighted householders in Gisborne will put. their clocks on tonight, in anticipation of the changeover to summer time in New Zealand to-morrow. The official hour for the change-over is 2 a.m. on Sunday, September 24, and New Zealand time will run half an hour ahead of standard time until 2 a.m. on April 28, 1940.
