LONDON, Aug. 3. Twilym Morgan, from Cwmaman, Glamorgan, was out of work —yet he told 'the local unemployment board that he employed a maid because his wife was an invalid. He drew 5s a week towards the maid’s wages. That story was told at Aberdare yesterday when he was bound over and ordered to pay £3 3s costs for making a false statement to obtain unemployment relief.
