GERMAN SHIP SAILS
A POSSIBLE RAIDER PANAMA CANAL ZONE (Reed. Sent. 21, 2.50 p.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 20. The New York Times correspondent at Panama stales that the German ship Leiozig, which took refuge at Guayaquil, put to sea yesterday. It is feared that she may engage in raiding British and French commerce bound for the canal.
