RUMANIA REACHED
PRESIDENT OF POLAND
(Reed. Sept. 18. 3 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 17.
A report from Cernauti, Rumania, states that the President of Poland, M. Moscicki, the Foreign Minister, Colonel J. Beck, and other members of the Government reached Cernauti. It is believed they are proceeding to Constanza and from thence to France, where the Polish Government is being established somewhere in the west.
