TREASURY BILLS ISSUE (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY. Sept. 16. A feature of yesterday’s tender, when £45.000.009 worth of Treasury bills were offered, was a sharp rise lo £89.100.000 in the amount applied for. ns compared with £00,100.000 a week ago.
