Cans Presented

Members of the Poverty Bay primary schools’ representative Rugby learn which competed in the primary schools’ tournament last month were presented with caps during the interval of the Poverty Bay-Wniroa senior representative match at the Oval on Saturday The caps were presented to the boys by Messrs. McGruer and Company, Limited, Dr. W. A. Bowie, president of the Poverty Bay Rugby Union, malting the presentation at the Oval. Dr. Bowie congratulated the boys on their selection as representatives and expressed the opinion that in a few years they would be seen in senior representative Rugby.
