POSSIBILITY OF STRIFE UNLAWFUL ARMS SUPPLIES (Eluc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 18, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 16. An Eire Government official statement says it is satisfied that unauthorised persons possess a quantity of arms, explosives and other means intended J 'or purposes forbidden by law and dangerous to the State. The Eire Government, therefore, is providing against a possibility of a serious disturbance of the peace, and has ordered ‘.he detention of a.number of persons whose activities appeared to be prejudical to the security of the State.
A special session of the Dai! is being called for September 27.
