PAYMENT IN GOODS ‘WHEN IT CAN BE SHIPPED’ (Elec. Tel. Copyright.—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. IG, 9 a.m.) SAN JOSE, Sept. 15. It is reported from Costa Rica that high pressure salesmanship made the Germans credhors to the extent of 2,500,000 marks, which the Costa Ricans storuggingly promise to pay in coffee, when it can be shipped to Germany.
