BRITISH BROADCASTS (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 1 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 14. The British Broadcasting Corporation announces that daily news bulletins in the Rumanian, Serbian and Croat languages are being inaugurated to-morrow. The Lord Privy Seal, Sir Samuel Hoare, stated in the House of Cornmans that no steps had been taken in Britain to interfere with the transmission of any foreign broadcast.
