RESTRICTIONS PLANNED CLUB GAMES POSSIBLE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn I (Reed. Sept. 16, 9 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 14 A special meeting of the committee of the Rugby Football Union decided that all 'fixtures .already arranged for the 1939-40 season, except schoolboy matches, would be cancelled until further notice. It is hoped, however, that club games not interfering with national duties and Government regulations will be played. A general moratorium has been declared m respect of outstanding loans to clubs. Subscriptions of affiliated clubs have been suspended, and the conference with the Dominions, arranged for December 12, has been postponed
