NEW GUINEA AND PAPUA FINDING OF COMMITTEE (Eloc. Till. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Sept. 13. 1.50 p.m.) CANBERRA, Sept. 13. The expert committee which was appointed by the Federal Government to inquire into the possibility of establishing a combined administration for New Guinea and Papua, has issued a report against the proposal. The committee suggests that the most suitable site for the new capital of New Guinea is Lac.
