NEUTRALITY OF JAPAN
AUSTRALIA NOTIFIED DURATION OF CONFLICT (Reed. Sept. 14, 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 13. The Japanese Consul-General at Sydney, Mr. M. Akiyama, announced to-day. that he had received a cablegramme from Tokio declaring that Japan would remain neutral for the a ion of the present war in Eur'oe.
