ABRIVATj IN SUSSEX (Reed. Sept. 14, noon.) LONDON, Sept. 13. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor arrived at the home of Major Edward Dudley Metcalfe at Colemanhatch, Sussex, by car. They spent the night at Admiralty House, Portsmouth, to avoid a black-out drive. The Duke issued a statement that he was staying in the country for a short while before taking up a war appointment.
