The Berlin correspondent of the Associated Press states that the German authorities are stringently enforcing petrol restrictions and confiscating cars whose drivers ore unable to justify their use. lIITLER IN THE AIR (Reed. sept. 11, 2.15 p.m.) BERLIN, Sept. 10. It is officially announced that Herr Hitlor flew over Polish troops fleeing south of Warsaw.
